Meleve is a creative project studio focused on Gastronomy based between Lisbon, Berlin, and Salvador, Meleve connects cultures and expertise through gastronomic communication. We work with a team of partner professionals for the execution of each project, as we believe that creating together is much better.

Gabrielle Muniz | Founder Meleve

Gabrielle Muniz is the founder of Meleve, a creative studio specializing in gastronomic communication. With over 18 years of experience, she combines expertise in strategic communication and digital marketing with her passion for gastronomy. A journalist and gastronomic scientist, Gabrielle coordinated the Communication and Innovation in Gastronomy course at the University of Lisbon and edited the cookbook Let’s Make Algae Yummy! in 2024. Her projects include co-creating Repórter Gourmet, Casa Gastronomia, and collaborating on the Netflix series Street Food Latin America. Gabrielle is committed to taking communication and the results of her partners’ work to the next level.
